Favorite food - Pizza and wine gums, but not together.
Best excuse for poor performance - Wrong kind of tarmac/leaves on the road

Training tip – regular stretching regime works for me.

After 7 years layoff I have caught the cycling bug again since going out on Wednesday night rides with the Poole Wheelers. I am thinking of getting a new time trial bike – but should it be carbon or titanium, that is the question!
