Hobbies outside of

There are none.all
cycling,cycling,cycling, I tell a lie..snowboarding,walking anywhere scenic,
socializing with friends..and having a laugh whatever I’m doing.
Best cycling moment
Getting 8th
place at the British TT champs 2007.
Worst
cycling moment
Whilst doing the Police
national road race I got stuck behind a crash and had to time trial back to any
sort of group(I was blowing out my ****at this point, then punctured and stopped
to take a wheel of my mates that had different gearing to mine so the bike was
changing gear itself. I then had to 2 up back to the group(really blowing now
and gears slipping and sliding all over the place)Realsing that I was seriously
running out of energy and life had to time trial to the last hill to get away
from the other woman in the group and was grovelling/blowing/severe bonking up
the last hugely steep hill to almost collapse on the finish line. Really wanted
to give up at several stages but made it to the end..i still don’t know how.
Favorite food
Anything..love my
food, you can’t beat a good old custard slice if you really want to treat
yourself and/or put on weight
Best excuse for poor
performance
Must have eaten one too
many custard slices
Favorite music
I like all sorts but you
cant beat a bit of dance music on the turbo or to get the adrenaline going.
Training tip
Have a plan and stick to
it come rain or shine.
Carbon or Titanium?
Carbon
Turbo
or Road?
Both but road will always
be more interesting…well depending on which road you’re cycling on…
What have we missed?
Family, partners, pets, obsessions?
I am obsessed with my
training and racing and totally in love with my time trial bike, have two cats
and a dog and partner Timalso a Poole Wheeler) who is a triathlete with a
specialty in endurance beer drinking.
