Best cycling moment : Leading a gorrick mountain bike race for almost a lap in 2006(I finished 4^th & won a cup). 

Worst cycling moment  Puncturing twice on the last lap about 2k from finish whilst in 10^th place in the national points series  mountain bike race at Margram park south Wales in  2005. 

Favorite food: Mixed Grill 

Best excuse for poor performance: I`ve got a cold. 

Favorite music: Led zeppelin,Deep purple,Pink Floyd 

Training tip:Just do it whenever you can.
