Name – Gary Steadman Year of birth – 1959 Main cycling activities – Time Trialling, tried the rest and never really enjoyed it. Seem to be happiest against the clock riding my own race. But, I really do love team time trials Hobbies outside of cycling – Where do I start ? Music, playing Guitar, Motorcycling, fiddling with computers, sailing, annoying my Bulldog Boris. Favorite food – Pasta and any chocolate hobnobs mike left Best excuse for poor performance – Always gear shifters...... no one can disprove it..!!!!!! Favorite music – Another Big one for me........ and very diverse... I love Hard rock and Classical..... it actually does work I am told. QOTSA do it for me (if you need an explanation speak to mike) Training tip – Don't copy other people, you have to develop your own technique.... I don't really ride a bike that much , but I do run regularly for weight control and yet I don't really enjoy running. Carbon or Titanium? – Carbon is the Bee's Knees Turbo or Road? – neither...... go for a run......... What have we missed? Family, partners, pets, obsessions? - My wife is my biggest fan and supporter, without her it would be hard to motivate myself. Boris is the Bulldog and is my other best mate. Obsessions.... I get obsessed with anything I do.
