Worst cycling moment Learning that Gary Steadman had cracked the Sub One Hour Time for 25m TT Favorite food Sausage Egg & Chips Best excuse for poor performance Gary Steadman has not returned my Turbo Trainer he borrowed 3 years ago so was unable to train for the race Favorite music Anything really except ‘Punk’ Training tip Do not ride on an empty stomach Carbon or Titanium? Don’t Know. Have neither Turbo or Road? When I get it back from Gary Steadman, Turbo in the Winter and Road when its Hot and Sunny. What have we missed? Family, partners, pets, obsessions? Married to Lindsay, Two Children, One Cat and 6 Goldfish. I hate Winter and like to go out in the caravan during the Summer. I love big cars and currently drive a 4.0 ltr Jaguar. ( I do my bit for the Environment in other ways)
